Post Name: Managing Director

Number of Posts: 1

Age: 50 to 62 years

Job type: Initially three-year contract. This contract is renewable up to the age of 65 years.

RPCL Managing Director Qualifications and Experience: 

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institution. Or a Master's degree in Finance/ Business Administration/ Management/ Economics. 

Third division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA is not acceptable at any stage of education

In order to pass the grading system, GPA/CGPA-5 scale should be 3.5 and GPA/CGPA-4 scale should be 2.5.

Must have at least 20 years of work experience in the relevant field. Out of this, three years of work experience should be in a senior management position.

Must have extensive knowledge in company law, labor law, TQM, TPM and corporate governance.

Must have leadership capabilities. Must be proficient in computer operation and communication. Must be fluent in Bengali and English.

RPCL Salary Structure 

Basic salary: 1 lakh 75 thousand taka.

Benefits: House rent allowance, two festival bonuses, Baisakhi allowance, provident fund, gratuity, group insurance, earned leave allowance and fuel and full-time driver are available.
