Community Mobilizer Job Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate community engagement sessions to raise awareness about child marriage prevention.
• Develop and execute union-based mobilization plans.
• Establish and maintain safe spaces for adolescent girls.
• Organize events, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborate with local government representatives, NGOs, and community leaders.
• Support project implementation, including beneficiary selection and group formations.
• Conduct periodic reports and evaluations to measure project impact.

Community Mobilizer Job Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Experience: 2-3 years in community mobilization or social work.
• Skills: Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Additional: Willingness to travel within project locations. Bicycle or motorcycle riding ability preferred.
