Core Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the brand social page and account for different communication
- Overall content planning & social content calendar management
- Run media buying campaign and management for different sales focus content - Facebook, Google
- Measure & analyze social media and website metrics to come up with better media buying approach and plan for next campaign
- Closely work with webmaster for product listing and category page update in website
- Assist on different type of campaign planning & management - Influencer Campaign, Engagement campaign etc.
- Effectively communicate with the potential customers in different social channels providing proper information regarding the products and services; assist them to select and suggest the right product.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of posts across social media platforms to improve engagement continuously
- writing content/article for new model announcement, product review coverage
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or related field with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English language
- At least 2 years’ experience with social media management systems, analytics, social listening tools, GMB platform management etc.
- Strong knowledge on PC industry specially on laptop features, technological update, recent trends and features
- Creative mindset and thinking ability
