Responsibilities

We are looking for talented, young and energetic engineer who is willing to develop his career in Production of Electrical Transformer, Switchgear, Busbar Trunking, Workshop Fabrication, Chemical lab in a state of the art modern factory.

Production Planning:

• Develop and implement production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and meet production targets.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., procurement, logistics, sales) to ensure smooth production flow.

Quality Control:

• Establish and enforce quality control standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.

Team Management:

• Supervise and manage production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Foster a safe and productive work environment.

Resource Management:

• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Optimize the use of production equipment and technology.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

• Develop and manage production budgets.
• Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Implement and maintain health and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Jessore Science & Technology University,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience

• At most 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms
