We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our institution as an Instructor cum In-Charge. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in one or more of the following fields: Computer Office and Graphic Design, Textile Engineering, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE). This role involves both instructional duties and administrative responsibilities to ensure the effective operation of the respective department.

Duties

• Develop and deliver high-quality instructional materials and courses in Computer Office and Graphic Design, Textile Engineering, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Conduct lectures, workshops, and hands-on training sessions to engage students and foster a positive learning environment.
• Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and practical evaluations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate into the curriculum.
• Manage departmental resources, including scheduling classes, coordinating with other faculty members, and overseeing the maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Provide academic and career guidance to students, helping them to achieve their educational and professional goals.
• Organize and participate in departmental meetings, seminars, and conferences.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and accreditation standards.
• Engage in professional development activities to enhance teaching and administrative skills.

Qualifications

Education

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Office and Graphic Design, Textile Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Experience 

• Proven experience in teaching and curriculum development.
• Strong knowledge of industry-specific software and tools relevant to the subject area (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite for Graphic Design, CAD software for Textile Engineering, circuit design software for EEE).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with online teaching platforms and e-learning tools.
• Industry experience in the relevant field.
• Familiarity with educational accreditation processes.

Working Conditions

• Primarily office and classroom environment with occasional travel for industry visits or conferences.
• May require evening or weekend work to accommodate class schedules or departmental needs.
