Infinimed Limited, a rising Bangladeshi startup in the medical sector, is seeking a talented System Analyst to join our team! We're developing a groundbreaking healthcare app that will revolutionize access to medical care at home.
Duties
- Understanding user needs: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and stakeholders to understand their requirements and pain points for in-home medical care.
- Defining the System Requirements Specification (SRS): Analyze user needs and translate them into a clear, concise document outlining all functionalities, features, and technical specifications for the healthcare app.
- Working with developers: Bridge the gap between business needs and technical development by clearly communicating the SRS to developers.
- Testing and Documentation: Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the app meets user requirements. Develop user guides and training materials.
- Staying informed: Keep up-to-date on the latest trends and regulations in healthcare technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with healthcare IT and data security regulations (a plus).
