Job Type: On-site (Dhaka Office)

Key Responsibilities:

LinkedIn:

• Leverage LinkedIn for professional networking, content dissemination, and lead generation.
• Skill in community management across various social platforms to foster engagement and build a loyal audience

LinkedIn Company Page Management:

• · To increase company followers
• · Boost posts
• · Engage connections
• · Publish videos to the company page
• · Proficiency in video content creation and editing
• · Execute social media advertising campaigns to promote content and generate leads

LinkedIn Group management:

• · Maintain and manage current groups
• · Invite more members to the group
• · Publish and activate members in the group
• · Coordinate events and interviews with members in the group
• · Mining data in a group
• · Leads generation from the group
• · Able to use Google Survey within a group

LinkedIn Profile:

• · Pay attention to add value to the LinkedIn account
• · Using the LinkedIn account to generate leads

Website SEO:

• · Implement SEO strategies to optimize the company's website for increased visibility and organic traffic
• · Conduct keyword research, monitor website performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvement
• · Others assigned by the boss and leader

Qualifications:

Skills and Experience 

• · In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and demonstrated success in building connections and driving business results through the platform
• · Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva)
• · Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz
• · Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions
• · Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education

• · Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred

Technical Requirements:

• · Personal Laptop: Candidates must bring their own laptop to work.
• · Software & Accounts: Familiarity and existing accounts with the necessary work tools and social media platforms are required.

Working time:

• · 8 hours per day (Office starts at 10.00 AM)
• · 6 Days per week

Compensation 

• Basic Salary: 30,000 BDT +Bonus
