We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and a thorough understanding of construction processes. The Architect will be responsible for developing innovative design solutions, preparing detailed construction documents, and overseeing the execution of projects from concept to completion.

Duties

• He/She will be responsible for designing new infrastructure by contributing creative design ideas.

• Preparing the preliminary layout plan or proposal considering the findings of FAR & DAP

• Prepare Architectural design with concept, presentation, and working drawings.

• Must be able to read, understand, and coordinate other related drawings of Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Safety, and Landscaping Design.

• Able to work independently with little supervision.

• Capable of preparing detail measurements, working drawings, interior designing, and detailing of layout plans, sections, elevations, and project plans.

• Capable of preparing AutoCAD presentation, Sketch-Up, 3D Visualization, and Illustrations as per requirements of the project.

• Knowledge of building technology and construction and can demonstrate it through graphic documents and verbal skills.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience

• 2 to 4 years

• The applicants should have experience in Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Architecture Firm

Additional Requirements

• Should be proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, and D5 Render.

• Should have basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.

• Proficiency in REVIT, ArchiCAD, Rhino, or any BIM Software will get high priority.

• Should have sound knowledge about Building Codes, Bidhimala & DAP.

• Should be a Team player and must have Good communication skills.

• Should be smart & energetic.

• Should have fluency in English.
