Duties

• Develop and present innovative designs for furniture, residential, and commercial projects· 
• Attending client meetings to understand the design needs and client preferences regarding interior styles and colors·
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project engineers, sourcing team and other internal and external stakeholders, to ensure smooth and on time project execution.
• Create detailed working drawings, specifications, and 3D models using industry-standard software with highest level of accuracy and form aesthetic point of view. 
• Arranging client visits and keeping everyone involved in the project appaised of its progress·        
• Ensuring project completion within the allocated budget and timeline

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience

• 4 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Furniture, Interior Design

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 40 years
• 4-8 years of experience in architectural, Interior design and project management Skills.
• Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds MAX, LUMION).
