Duties
- The Administrative and Program Support Rover position provides administrative, data analysis/report, program/project coordination, or management support to post.
- In addition to administrative and program support, this position provides cleared escort responsibilities.
- This position addresses short-term assignments as needed by post including staffing gaps, ad-hoc projects, and/or short-term workload increases.
- To provide maximum flexibility, this position may be implemented either as regular (full-time or part-time) or intermittent/irregular (a when actually employed) basis.
- Post Human Resource Officer (HRO) supervises the Rover position, but the incumbent will receive work guidance from supervisor in currently assigned area.
Qualifications
All applicants under consideration will be required to pass security certifications.
Education Requirements:
Secondary school PLUS 2 years of additional years of work experience.
Experience:
Three years of office administration and management experience is required.
Language
Fluent in English in reading/writing/speaking is required. (This may be tested).
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
