As a Product Executive in the Product Management Department (PMD) of the AgroVet Division/Crop Care Division, you will be responsible for developing and managing product strategies, conducting market research, and supporting the sales team. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.

Duties 

• Develop and implement product strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams for product development and improvement.
• Support sales and marketing teams with product knowledge and promotional materials.
• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
• Assist in planning and executing product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in product management or a related role, preferably in the agrovet or crop care industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
