Square Pharmaceuticals is seeking a talented and innovative Executive/Senior Executive for our Creative Services Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing creative concepts and visual designs that effectively communicate our brand message. This role involves working closely with various departments to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.

Duties

• Develop creative concepts and designs for marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, digital content, and packaging.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and meets high-quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all creative assets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new ideas into design projects.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, if applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a creative/design role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
