1. — Date and Time for Online Filling of Application Form and Deposit of Examination Fee: 12/06/2024 at 10.00 am.

2. — Last date and time for submission of application form online: 18/07/2024 till 11.59 pm.

—— Candidates who have received the User ID within the said period can submit the exam fee via SMS within the next 72 (seventy two) hours.

—— Candidates scan their color photograph (length 300 × width 300) pixels and signature (length 300 × width 80) pixels in the online application form.

—— Upload to the designated place. Image size should be maximum 100 KB and signature size should be maximum 60 KB.

—— Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all the subsequent activities, the candidate will be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information filled before submitting the application form online.

— Candidates will keep the Applicant's Copy as a reference for any exam related needs.

Rules for Sending SMS and Payment of Exam Fee:

Using the User ID number, the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner for examination fee of Tk 200/- (two hundred) and service charge of teletalk for Train Examiner, Train Controller and Traffic Apprentice posts 23 A total of 223/- (two hundred and twenty-three) taka including /-(twenty-three) taka and 100/- (one hundred) taka for exam fee for the post of "Trade Apprentice" and a total of 112/- (one hundred times) including teletalk service charge of taka 12/-(bar) (Taka) will be deposited within 72 (seventy two) hours.

Note that even if all parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted in any case until the examination fee is submitted.

﹘ Reply: Congratulations Applicant's Name, Payment completed successfully for Application for Post (xxxxxxxx) User ID is (ABCDEF) and Password (xxxxxxx).

﹘ Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course through http://br.teletalk.com.bd and through SMS on candidate's mobile phone (only eligible candidates).

﹘ All communication related to the examination will be completed on the mobile phone given by the candidate in the online application form, so keeping the said number active all the time, reading the SMS and following the received instructions immediately is prohibited.

﹘ After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, the candidate will download and print (if possible colored) the admit card containing the information such as roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time and center name etc. Candidates must produce the admit card while appearing in the written test and if passed during the oral test.

For the position of DSS, candidates will undergo process.

DSS Job 2024 Viva Exam:

Applicants are required to produce the original copies of the following documents at the time of oral examination and submit copies attested by a Gazetted Officer Class 1.

a) Attested copies of all original/temporary certificates related to educational qualification, experience (where applicable).

b) Attested copy of National Identity Card/Birth Certificate.

c) Citizenship certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Municipal Mayor/Ward Councilor of City Corporation.

d) Character certificate by 1st class gazetted officer.

e) In case of physically challenged, orphans, minor ethnic group and Ansar and VDP candidates, certificate from the above authorities as per the latest policy of the government and parents of freedom fighters and martyred freedom fighters' sons and daughters issued by the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs in the case of candidates applying for Bir Mukti Joddha Quota as per the latest policy of the government. /Freedom fighter certificate of son-daughter's son-daughter's grandfather/maternal grandfather.

f) In case the applicant is the son-daughter of a brave freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter and the son-daughter of the son-daughter of a freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter, the certificate issued by the 1st class gazetted officer or the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Municipality Mayor/City Corporation Ward Councilor stating the relationship of the freedom fighter with the applicant.
