Duties

• Lead a multifunctional ICT team, including software development, data center, systems, operations, and networking across multiple locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure user accessibility and system operations.
• Supervise the performance of applications, data management, and communication equipment.
• Ensure successful deployment of technology initiatives within budget and on time.
• Oversee daily operations of the ICT team, providing leadership, supervision, and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Prepare strategic plans, set goals for the team, and mentor them for personal and career growth.
• Ensure efficient IT and telecommunication infrastructure in line with international standards.
• Implement strategies to maximize operating efficiency and ensure data integrity and security.
• Develop and maintain security plans for data retention and protection.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet their technological requirements.
• Ensure the integrity of computer servers, network communications, and management information services.
• Integrate and maintain multiple software environments and portal development.
• Partner with top management to recommend technological solutions that enhance performance.

Qualification 

Education

• Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, 
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Candidates having professional certifications in the relevant field will get preferences.
• Candidates having additional qualification in B.Sc. / M.Sc. in EEE will be considered as an added advantage.

Experience 

• 15 to 30 years in Banks, Hospital, Security Service, Real Estate, Resort, Livestock, Online Newspaper/ News Portal, School, Hostel

Additional Requirements 

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Minimum 15 years of experience in ICT field with reputed organizations and minimum 8 years of experience in leadership role with reputed technological companies.

• Should have experience in software designing, development & its implementation, web site & web application development, directory and server configuration, physical and logical ISP network, establishing Internet protocols, physical layer technologies, email servers, programming languages etc. and proficient in configuring, deploying and troubleshooting.

• Must have strong knowledge on ERP design, development & implementation, ERP database (preferably Oracle EBS, SAP, IFS or any other popular ERP) and a clear concept on data warehousing, data mining and similar.

• Self-motivated & confident for taking independent initiatives to achieve organizational goals.

• Should be able to lead and guide a large team of ICT professionals

• Experience with pro-active monitoring and knowledge of database monitoring tool

• Should have experience in using Firewall, backup tools and technologies.
