 Form Filling & Exam Fee Submission Start Date & Time 01/07/2024 09.00 AM.

﹘ Last date and time for online submission of application form is 08/08/2024 at 05.00 PM
Candidates who have received User ID within the said period will submit the examination fee via SMS within 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of submission of application form online.

﹘ Scan color photograph (300x300 Pixel) and signature (300 x 80 Pixel) and upload it at the designated place. Image size should be maximum 100KB and signature size should be maximum 60KB.

﹘ The information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent ﹘ activities, so the candidate himself will be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information filled before submitting the application form online.

 

﹘ Candidates shall keep a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination related need and submit one copy during the oral examination.

After completing the online application form by uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, the application preview can be seen on the computer in the case of the correctly submitted application form. 

﹘ After submitting the application form accurately, the candidate will get an applicant copy with a user ID, photograph and signature. The applicant should download and print (color if possible) the copy of the applicant and save it.

Rules for Sending SMS and Payment of Exam Fee:

• Using the User ID number, the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner for examination fee of Tk 200/- (two hundred) and service charge of teletalk for Train Examiner, Train Controller and Traffic Apprentice posts 23 A total of 223/- (two hundred and twenty-three) taka including /-(twenty-three) taka and 100/- (one hundred) taka for exam fee for the post of "Trade Apprentice" and a total of 112/- (one hundred times) including teletalk service charge of taka 12/-(bar) (Taka) will be deposited within 72 (seventy two) hours.
• Note that even if all parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted in any case until the examination fee is submitted.

SMS should be sent in the following manner:

Example : BR ABCDEF & Send to 16222. (Use User ID number in place of ABCDEF)

Reply : Applicant's Name, TK Will be charged as application fee. Your PIN is 123456.

﹘ Second SMS: To pay fee, BR < Space > Yes < Space > Enter PIN and send to 16222. Example : BR Yes123456 & Send to 16222 (Instead of 123456, put PIN number)

﹘ Reply: Congratulations Applicant's Name, Payment completed successfully for Application for Post (xxxxxxxx) User ID is (ABCDEF) and Password (xxxxxxx).

﹘ Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course through http://br.teletalk.com.bd and through SMS on candidate's mobile phone (only eligible candidates). 

﹘ All communication related to the examination will be completed on the mobile phone given by the candidate in the online application form, so keeping the said number active all the time, reading the SMS and following the received instructions immediately is prohibited.

﹘ After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, the candidate will download and print (if possible colored) the admit card containing the information such as roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time and center name etc. Candidates must produce the admit card while appearing in the written test and if passed during the oral test.

At the time of oral examination, one set of attested copies along with the original copies of all certificates must be submitted and one set of attested photocopies must be submitted along with the filled Application Form. Besides, the certificate issued by the Chairman of the Union Parishad/Municipality Mayor/Ward Councilor of the City Corporation as proof of permanent resident of the district, original copy of National Identity Card and if the applicant is the son-daughter of a brave freedom fighter, the applicant is the son-daughter or son-daughter of a brave freedom fighter/martyr. -Daughter must show the original copy of the certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/City Corporation Ward Councilor/Municipal Mayor/Councilor along with the original copy of the certificate of the concerned brave freedom fighter. Original copy of certificate/certificate issued by appropriate authority in support of quota claim other than female quota.
